The old cowstalls have been converted and created as an extension to the delightful, eighteenth century, Old Farmhouse in Bagbury Lane, Restrop, Purton (just a few minutes from Royal Wootton Bassett) with an ambiance of rustic charm. Tha Manger, The Parlour, The Crib and The Byre provide the ultimate in accommodation and between them boast a range of original features and are furnished with hand picked items of antique Chinese, Indian and English furniture and soft furnishings selected from private boutiques and antique markets. There are 34 acres of grounds and a private 9 hole, par 34 golf course which guests are welcome to use, enhanced by stunning views of the evening sunset.

Each of the rooms is a totally self contained studio and has a quality kitchen that includes 4 ring cooker/oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and ample crockery and cutlery.

What better place to base yourself for easy daily access to the beautiful Cotswolds, the Wiltshire Downs, Bath, Cheltenham, Oxford, Salisbury as well as endless historical sites in the area. The Old Farmhouse is the home to Jaci Hogan, an artist who specialises in botanical work using acrylic on canvas.  You can see Jaci's work here and you can join us for one of her popular painting workshops (one or two day).
